COVID-19 vaccines and their reported side effects

April 24. 2022

Comirnaty (BioNTech and Pfizer) and Spikevax (Moderna) vaccines have ~4 times less reported suspected side effects compared to the Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) and ~2 times less compared to the Jcovden (Janssen).

"The European Medicines Agency (EMA) monitors the safety of COVID-19 vaccines authorised in the European Union (EU) extremely carefully. This enables the detection of any rare side effects that may emerge once many millions of people are vaccinated. "
